Demonstrates strong command over Office productivity suites and digital documentation systems, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, efficient workflow management, and seamless internal communication. Skilled in purchase and inventory control, vendor negotiations, cost optimisation, and procurement documentation, with a track record of maintaining smooth supply chain operations while upholding compliance and quality standards. Equipped with broad exposure to HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, staff record management, leave and attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. Adept at managing teams, overseeing cross-departmental functions, and driving organisational objectives through structured planning and disciplined execution. Known for clarity in reporting, strong follow-through, and a proactive approach to resolving operational and workforce-related challenges. - Combining technical proficiency with organisational leadership, the individual thrives in multi-tasking environments where accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality are critical. A dependable asset for organisations seeking efficiency, structured management, and well-maintained administrative systems. Desired Candidate Profile: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field from a recognized institution. - 5 to 7 years of experience in administrative, HR, or operations management roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. - Experience in dealing with government departments or legal documentation preferred. - Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and accountability.
