Urgent Hiring - Team Lead End-to-End US Accounting Location Udaipur Experience Required Minimum 5 years in End-to-End Accounting Team Size to Manage 10-15 Members Client Base US-Based Clients About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - End-to-End Accounting to manage a team of accountants and act as the primary point of contact for our US-based clients The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise leadership qualities and the ability to deliver client-focused solutions Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 accountants Manage client portfolios and oversee all accounting deliverables Perform bookkeeping in QuickBooks NetSuite Sage Intacct Odoo and Xero Handle month-end close payroll journal entries bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations Prepare MIS Reports AR AP Aging Analysis Custom Reports Conduct financial statement analysis and provide insights Manage onboarding and transition of new clients independently Ensure timely submission of financial reports and support audits Suggest process improvements for efficiency Build and maintain strong client relationships Skills Qualifications Education Bachelor s Degree in Commerce mandatory Experience Minimum 5 years in bookkeeping with hands-on experience in QuickBooks Xero Sage Intacct Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to interpret complex financial data Proficient in Excel intermediate to advanced Excellent verbal and written communication skills Leadership qualities with experience mentoring managing teams Strong time management and multitasking skills Bonus Knowledge of US Canadian tax filings Forms 1040 1120 1099 etc Why Join Us Opportunity to lead a talented accounting team Exposure to international clients Growth-oriented and supportive work culture Interested candidates can apply directly or contact us at 8905626784 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Language English Required Work Location In person
