We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our finance team. We are looking for candidates with 5-7 years of accounting experience who are eager to grow their career in finance. The Accounting Associate will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Role & Responsibilities - Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly - Close payment batches and reconcile transactions - Manage designated customer accounts and maintain account records - Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and discrepancies - Collect payments and follow up on overdue accounts - Identify, investigate, and resolve invoicing and payment issues - Collaborate with team members to improve invoicing and payment processes - Maintain up-to-date documentation of transactions and customer interactions Qualifications - Proven experience in accounting, billing, or finance roles preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Familiarity with accounting software Quickbooks and accounting principles - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Who We Are PracticeSuite is a national, fast-growing cloud computing software company based in Tampa, FL that provides a cloud-based 360 Office Platform to healthcare facilities.
