Role Description

We're seeking an HR and Operations Intern to support our team with key HR, administrative, and finance-related tasks. As a small team, we value ownership, creativity, and a hands-on approach to work.

This role will involve learning and implementing HRMS tools like Zoho/GreytHR/Odoo, managing payroll, invoicing, and handling essential finance team responsibilities alongside day-to-day operations.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, operations, and finance while contributing to the smooth functioning of a growing organization.

Responsibilities

- Learn and assist in implementing HRMS tools like Zoho/GreytHR/Odoo.
- Handle HR tasks such as job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.
- Manage payroll, invoicing, and other financial or operational processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and office documentation.
- Oversee office administration, including vendor communication, inventory & pantry management.
- Support the implementation of company policies and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for improving internal processes.
- Talent acquisition activities encompass sourcing candidates, engaging them through outreach, conducting initial screening calls, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process.

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn tools like CRM systems.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office tools.

Good to Have:

- Basic understanding of payroll, invoicing, or administrative processes.
- Previous experience or internships in HR, admin, or operations roles.
- A knack for learning and using software tools efficiently.
