Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Customer Support position. The Sales Customer Support professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling technical support queries. The role involves daily interaction with customers to address their concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience with WyapaarPay's services.

Qualifications

- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship-building
- Technical Support skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Analytical Skills to analyze and interpret customer data and feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
