Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EPM Techno-Functional Application Support Specialist to provide end-to-end support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for enterprise performance management applications. The role involves handling workflow issues, managing change requests, supporting deployments, and ensuring smooth application operations in line with SDLC processes.

Key Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in EPM application support (Techno-functional).
- Strong understanding of workflow management, issue resolution, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with change requests, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and ITIL best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide techno-functional support for EPM applications, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues and application errors.
- Manage and execute change requests, deployments, and implementations as per business needs.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes for all application changes and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to recurring issues.
- Maintain system documentation, knowledge base, and support guidelines.
