Job Description

As an Associate Full Stack Engineer, you will assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet business needs. This role focuses on creating high-quality, scalable applications, automating operations, and ensuring the availability of critical systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in full-stack software development, a solid understanding of cloud design principles, and a collaborative mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Software Development: You will contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology. Your tasks will include designing, developing, and implementing applications, modules, and custom reports. You will also assist the team in identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Project & Systems Support: Assist senior engineers in supporting complex software projects from conception to deployment, including managing scope, risk, and timelines. You will also provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Quality & Documentation: You will develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. You'll also create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, and disaster recovery.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Provide suggestions for innovative solutions using generative AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software on time.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL/NoSQL.
- Knowledge of API integration, serverless, and microservices architecture.
- An understanding of the pros and cons of various cloud services in well-architected cloud design.
- Knowledge of website development and localization processes is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Network+, or MCSE are preferred.
