Senior Manager Design (Tourism)

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with interest in travel and tourism. Should be experienced Architects & Urban Designers with 8 - 10 years' experience to manage the Design Team in Tourism Destination Developments. The role will be based in Bengaluru. Experience in government advisory assignments and tourism projects will be essential.

Candidate will be required to carry out site visits to selected tourist destinations, understand the context and strategize in the development of design presentations. Candidate shall provide sustainable development strategies and innovative solutions for tourism destination development with in depth understanding of relevant policies, guidelines and best practices. The candidate should be able to handle multiple assignments of Tourism Development in parallel. The candidate's role and responsibilities not limited to will be the following:-

Key Responsibilities

· Design, lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

· Offer new design ideas, solutions and prepare well-researched concept presentations.

· Flag any issues that may arise in the project, take ownership, work with the team to resolve it.

· Prepare reports, drawings, presentations, and renderings are required.

· Proficiency in software such as CAD, MS Office, Sketch up and Adobe Suite is a must.

Other Requirements

· Bachelors in Architecture with Masters in Architecture / Urban Design.

· Exceptional work track record of qualified work experience

· Experience in working on large scale tourism and destination developments

· Technical knowledge to deliver varied scale and type of projects.

· Understanding of Eco Tourism Concepts

· Working expertise in Sustainable Design Strategies
