Key Responsibilities: ● Own and resolve critical escalations through a structured, timely approach. ● Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to healthcare regulations. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and clear communication. ● Identify recurring issues, streamline workflows, and implement corrective actions. ● Track escalations, analyze trends, and use insights to enhance service quality. ● Guide and train team members to follow standard processes and reduce escalation rates.
