- Operational Support for integration In Scope Customer IT Solution and integration to defined endpoints of external systems (Customer and 3rd Party)
- Small Enhancements for In Scope Customer IT Solution

- Ensure availability of In Scope Customer IT Solution
- Ensure stability of In Scope Customer IT Solution by QA / Testing
- Ensure working integrations within and to/from In Scope Customer IT Solution
- Operate smooth change and release management processes in line with Customer change management programme.
- Deliver routine activities such as service requests, housekeeping and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the In Scope Customer IT Solution.
