Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Architect, located in Mumbai. The Sr. Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, development of designs and details, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project coordination & integration. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the development of detailed architectural plans, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. The Sr. Architect will also be responsible for liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Architecture with 10+ years of experience mandatory - Master Degree in Associates field is a plus - Proficiency in Design detailing and coordination - Experience in Sports, Healthcare, Hospitality & Education projects. - Experience in Project Management including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Thorough understanding of MEP Services - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
