Content Writer HR Media (ThePeoplesBoard) Key Responsibilities Content Development:Research, write, and edit long-form articles, interviews, blog posts, and HR-focused thought pieces with clarity, depth, and originality. Corporate & Subject Writing:Deliver structured, insight-driven content that simplifies complex HR, leadership, and workplace topics for our professional audience. Creative Storytelling:Bring a fresh perspective to HR themes by combining data, trends, and human stories while ensuring alignment with our brand voice. Editorial & Calendar Management:Contribute to maintaining the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across formats (articles, newsletters, social media, video scripts). Multimedia Collaboration:Support video interviews, podcasts, and panel discussions with research, scripting, and content planning. Audience Engagement:Use analytics, feedback, and industry benchmarks to refine content and enhance audience reach and impact. Skills:Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills. Ability to transform ideas into compelling narratives. Familiarity with CMS; exposure to video/podcast content is a plus.
