Job Summary The Design Studio is a Centre of Excellence CoE in GBS which has been set up as a pan-bank horizontal service catering to the design and content needs within the bank Key Responsibilities We are looking for a strong Visual Design Manager who is good with pure play graphic design and video creation Developing insightful visually compelling and engaging dashboards and presentations leveraging existing data sets Hands-on experience in creating CXO friendly presentations whitepapers communications social media content dashboards etc Working on HTML emailers and banners made to spec of the hosting sites Skilled at data exploration able to quickly transform and synthesize data from multiple sources and identify optimal data structures to support end-state reporting needs Collaborate with other teams within RSE and Business Units in GBS to meet reporting requirements e g dashboards communications Ability to convey messages in a crisp and simple manner supported with strong visual aids Looking for opportunities to innovate and get things done better and faster Constructively challenges business on assumptions and goals asks questions that effectively lead to deeper understanding Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles Fair Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association or equivalent Key stakeholders Interna stakeholders Other Responsibilities Looking for a candidate with 8 years of relevant experience in graphic design visual aids etc Banking Global Business Services domain knowledge is good to have but not a necessity Experience of running and managing large creative design initiatives teams Excellent communication presentation and documentation skills Stakeholder management skills and project management skills Expertise in MS office package and Adobe suite InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Premier and After
