policies advanced analytics robust reporting and cutting-edge technology Your day-to-day Dive into extensive datasets defining and tracking essential KPIs to drive actionable insights for informed business decisions Develop controls and monitoring dashboards to ensure performance against business goal regulatory requirements and business priorities Architect and oversee the entire data infrastructure lifecycle ensuring seamless automation of processes from end to end ensuring efficiency and accuracy Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to risk management operations optimization leveraging data-driven approaches to address specific business challenges or opportunities Collaborate with leaders and stakeholder across departments What do you need to bring 3 years of experience in analytics and data science High proficiency in Big Query SQL Python and Excel Expertise in building interactive dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau PowerBi Comfortable with basic statistics exhibit critical and analytical thinking with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail Experience in leading and delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence Solutions requirement gathering analyzing large multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions Industry experience in payments e-commerce or financial services is an advantage Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and different teams to deliver BI solutions efficiently Highly motivated result-oriented self-starter
