About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our VP - Corporate in driving execution across Customer Experience, Risk, and Audit. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting background, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution & Monitoring

- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives across customer experience, risk, and audit.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
- Support in research and analysis for decision-making and business improvements.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a bridge between internal teams and senior leadership to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage follow-ups, deadlines, and progress tracking for cross-functional projects.
- Organize and facilitate key meetings, ensuring clarity on action points and next steps.

Process Optimization & Documentation

- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain structured documentation and reports for ongoing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2-5 years in a consulting, strategy, or operations role.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (data analysis, dashboards, financial modeling).
- Strong PowerPoint skills (structuring and designing presentations).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
