The role involves working closely with HR and Finance teams to provide accurate data insights and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain standard, custom, and advanced Workday reports. - Create and manage calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics. - Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to gather reporting requirements. - Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accurate reporting. - Maintain technical documentation for reports and dashboards. - Support Workday release updates and optimize reporting processes. - Provide training and guidance to end-users on reporting tools. Required Skills : - Workday Reporting Tools: Experience with Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics. - HCM Module Knowledge: Understanding HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent). - Data Analysis & Problem-Solving: Ability to validate data, troubleshoot reporting issues, and provide actionable insights.
