Position Overview
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join us as an Associate Consultant – Finance & Strategy. This role blends financial expertise with strategy consulting, requiring the candidate to not only bring strong accounting and financial acumen but also to play a hands-on role in business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will support clients in financial performance improvement, governance, and execution of growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Performance
- Conduct financial analysis, P&L reviews, and working capital assessments for client businesses.
- Identify opportunities for profitability improvement, cost optimization, and capital efficiency.
- Support preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with client strategies.
Business Transformation & Execution
- Work with consulting teams to design actionable business strategies (sales channels, pricing, market expansion, SKU optimization) and translate them into financial impact.
- Drive execution support by tracking KPIs, project milestones, and financial outcomes.
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Prepare and deliver structured presentations, financial analyses, and reports for client stakeholders.
- Participate in workshops, boardroom discussions, and client reviews.
Internal Initiatives
- Contribute to firm-wide knowledge assets, frameworks, and proposals.
- Support internal process improvements and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in consulting, corporate finance, or CA firms.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial controls, and business performance management.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify complex financial insights.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Compensation
₹10,00,000 CTC per annum + Variable Pay
