Job Description - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - 15+ years of experience in RTL design, verification, FPGA system design engineering, with a proven track record of successful large-scale system implementations - Advanced knowledge of PCIe based storage / compute system design principles and architecture patterns - Strong programming skills in languages such as Verilog, VHDL, C/C++, or Python - Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools - Experience with CPU/GPU/NPU based AI training/inference computing platforms - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools - Expertise in performance optimization and scalability techniques - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior engineers Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - 15+ years of experience in RTL design, verification, FPGA system design engineering, with a proven track record of successful large-scale system implementations Skills - Understanding of technical and logistical challenges in delivering industry-leading products - Ability to lead cross-functional teams to address System/SoC/HW/FW integration challenges - Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multi-task and solve complex problems Additional Information Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
