Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Owner who will play a critical role in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision - Define, refine, and communicate the product vision aligned with organizational goals. - Develop and maintain a clear strategic roadmap. Backlog Ownership - Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization. - Translate business needs and user insights into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate use cases, and refine priorities. - Bridge communication between business and engineering teams. Documentation & Technical Understanding - Prepare detailed user stories, functional specifications, and API documentation. - Work closely with engineering teams with strong technical fluency. Agile Leadership - Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. - Ensure delivery of high-quality product increments. Performance & Continuous Improvement - Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback. - Identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements. - Qualifications & Skills Experience - 5–7 years of experience in Product Ownership or related roles. Core Skills - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency in Jira & Confluence. - Strong documentation and analytical abilities. Mandatory Technical Skills - Scrum & Agile - UI Tools — Figma (Wireframing & Prototyping) - API Testing (Postman) - API Documentation - Insurance Domain Knowledge — Must Have Good to Have - Power BI / Tableau - SQL - Snowflake - JSON - XML - XSLT Domain Requirement — Must Have Candidates must have prior hands-on experience in the Insurance domain.
