Maker Lab's cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies from measurement & analytics to content production.

Role Summary:

We're looking for an Agentic AI Automation Specialist for our holding company, Miroma, to support the automation of workflows and the development of AI for our group of agencies. This role will work closely with the innovation team to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Role:

- Assist in the architecture and development of AI agents using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Make, Zapier, N8N)
- Translate business problems into agent-based solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define agent roles, behaviours, and objectives
- Oversee experimentation, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and agent memory strategies
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance of deployed AI systems in financial contexts
- Stay on top of emerging AI trends and apply best practices in model fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment

You:

- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or intelligent systems; 2+ years leading AI initiatives
- Strong experience with Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and agent frameworks
- Familiarity with knowledge retrieval (vector databases), secure tool calling, and orchestration techniques
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases preferred
