Job Description - Execution of Finishing Works: - Masonry, plastering, tiling (floor and wall), painting, and waterproofing - Installation of door frames, shutters, false ceilings, and stone cladding - Carpentry, faade treatments, and structural steel finishing - Quality Control: - Ensure finishing materials meet quality standards - Conduct site inspections and snag identification - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality checks - Project Coordination: - Work with contractors, vendors, and project managers - Align finishing work with architectural drawings and specifications - Monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site - Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain daily progress reports - Track material usage and labor productivity - Assist in budgeting and scheduling finishing activities Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Skills: - Strong understanding of interior finishing materials - Ability to read architectural and structural drawings - Familiarity with safety and compliance standards - Good communication and team coordination Job Location-Rajnandgaon chhattisgarh
