Job Description Location:Remote (aligned to US business hours) Experience:23 years About the Role We're hiring anInvestment Banking Analystwith 23 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory. This role is hands-on: you'll be expected tobuild financial models from scratch - DCF, LBO, merger models, comps, and precedent transaction analysesnot just update existing templates. You'll work directly with senior bankers duringUS hourson live M&A and capital raising deals. What You'll Do - Build detailedvaluation and transaction modelsto support mergers, acquisitions, and financings. - Draft and refinepitch books, investor decks, management presentations, and board materials. - Runcompany and industry analysis, including comps, precedent transactions, and market research. - Support execution on bothbuy-side and sell-side M&A, as well as equity and debt financings. - Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and ensure accurate analysis under tight timelines. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CFA/CPA a plus). - 23 years ininvestment banking, private equity, corporate development, or Big 4 transaction advisory. - Proven ability toindependently build financial models(DCF, LBO, merger, comps). - Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial statement analysis. - Experience preparingclient-ready materialssuch as pitch books, valuations, and transaction analyses. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. - Must be able to workfull-time during US hours.
