Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and analyze competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create engaging content that drives interest and conversion.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to manage lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.
- Generate and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation.
- Support the creation of sales enablement materials that align with lead generation efforts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or sales roles, preferably within the accounting industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on persuasive messaging.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
