About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Web UI development and ECC ABAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing CRM solutions while ensuring seamless integration with ECC. This is a collaborative role requiring problem-solving skills and the ability to work across functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI applications using BOL/GENIL, Component Workbench, UI configuration, Context Nodes, and UI personalization.
- Work extensively on ECC ABAP (Reports, BAPIs, User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework, Data Dictionary).
- Design and optimize RICEF objects ensuring system performance and scalability.
- Support CRM–ECC integration and manage data replication processes.
- Handle workflow, actions, partner determination, and middleware (BDoc processing) in CRM.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across CRM & ECC systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring Agile delivery and smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in SAP CRM Technical development.
- Proven expertise in Web UI framework and related components.
- Strong ABAP skills with ability to work on complex enhancements.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM–ECC data flow and integration.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments.
