Role Overview We are seeking an Architect [Project Management] to bridge design and execution — ensuring that every project aligns with design intent, quality, timelines, and client expectations. This role demands a blend of design understanding, technical coordination, and leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams across different project stages. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate between design, execution, and estimation teams for project delivery. - Review working drawings, technical details, and site implementation. - Ensure that design intent and material specifications are executed accurately on-site. - Manage project documentation, timelines, and client communication. - Conduct regular site visits and design audits to ensure quality control. - Support design presentations and technical coordination during the execution phase. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). - 2–5 years of experience in architecture or project management roles. - Strong understanding of working drawings, materials, and detailing. - Excellent communication and client coordination skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office / Google Workspace, and project management tools. - Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.
