Who we are 80 of the workers across the globe are Deskless These are the people who keep our lights on and gas flowing build roads and bridges run our manufacturing factories ensure that we get healthcare service and provide us reliable phone and internet connectivity As entrepreneurs have we considered solving their problems and making them more productive If you are still reading and connect compassionately about this underserved segment come and join us to drive Technology Equity in the global workforce At Zinier we are on a mission to enable these 2 7 B Deskless Workers achieve greater success for themselves and the world around them Guided by a deep understanding of their needs we design software experiences that enable every Deskless Worker to excel in the field We are a remote-first global team headquartered in Silicon Valley Our hybrid workforce is spread across London Lisbon Mexico City Singapore and Bangalore and leading investors including Accel ICONIQ Capital Founders Fund Newfund Capital NGP Capital Tiger Global Management and Qualcomm Ventures LLC What we re looking for We are seeking a Technical Project Manager TPM to lead the successful delivery of complex implementation projects related to deployment of field service and asset management solutions This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve measurable business outcomes from our solutions You will be responsible for driving projects from kickoff through go-live liaising with cross functional teams and ensuring scope schedule quality and most importantly customer satisfaction targets are met If you are passionate about solving customer problems savvy about dealing with multiple stakeholders on both customer and internal sides and detail oriented enough to be hands-on while driving these complex technical projects come talk to us Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate efficient successful project definition discovery design planning execution and smooth launch in leading high-performance project teams Manage projects within scope quality time and cost constraints and ensure any changes are documented and approved through a change control process Build and maintain release and project plans managing schedules dependencies risks and mitigations across cross-functional teams both internal and external Track and report on project milestones and provide regular status reports to all stakeholders highlighting risks and ensuring agreement and alignment is gained across teams Form strong project team relationships by leading coaching and motivating team members and identifying and resolving blockers or conflicts Enhance delivery excellence by analyzing existing processes eliminating inefficiencies and leveraging tools technology and intelligent automation to implement scalable frameworks Champion best practices metrics and high-quality standards across delivery programs Coach and mentor teams fostering collaboration accountability and continuous improvement Job Requirements Bachelor s Degree PMI certification a plus 9 years experience in software professional services technical project management In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications Experience with client services project management and solution delivery in both Waterfall and Agile environments Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced ambiguous environments through strong analytical thinking problem-solving prioritization and leadership skills Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics Hands-on experience with JIRA Confluence standard PM tools and templates Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 10 of the time including possible international travel
