Hiring for Analyst FP&A

About the Role

Key Relationships: Global FP&A Leader, Business Finance Leader, Commercial Finance Leader, Operations Finance Leaders

Tasks and responsibilities of the position:

· Supporting monthly closing process and regular reports for Corp/ BUs ensuring accuracy of the financials - Commercial Sales Reports, SG&A Reports, Working Capital Reports, Identifying and Analyzing any unexpected variances while taking stakeholder inputs.

· Supporting Plant Operation data as requested by stakeholders.

· Preparing vsBudget, vsEstimate, vsPY walks and/or variance analysis as requested by stakeholders.

· Supporting Budget and Forecast process by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth process run, including but not limited to preparing the numbers for key accounts and uploading in system.

· Key Participation in strategic financial projects as per business requirements in tandem with Functional stakeholders.

· Handle ad-hoc requests from Stakeholders promptly and effectively.

· Supporting Business continuity plan including creating SOPs for activities performed and cross training to support team.

Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate degree required in finance, accounting, business, or related field or MBA specializing in Finance.

Preferred Skills

- SAP & BW knowledge
- Experience with Visualization tools (Power BI and Tableau)
