Job Description

- Engineering Manager with strong Java and Cloud expertise
- Should have experience of owning services/platform
- Should be able to lead a team of BAs, developers, testers and support staff
- Should have experience of managing product backlog and work with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver

Soft Skills

- Assertive and able to get things done in multi-stakeholder environment
- Able to push back as well as prioritize work , allocations and timelines as needed
- Comfortable with onsite/offshore model along with multi-vendor setup

Typically we look for seasoned 12-15 years experienced technocrats who have been hands-on and now moved into Techno-functional / Architect/ Managerial roles while maintaining technical skills.
