Job Title Manager - Media Sales Client Servicing Govt PSU BFSI Accounts Location NoidaSalary Up to - 14 LPAIndustry Out-of-Home OOH Media AdvertisingReporting To Regional Sales HeadProfessional Summary We are looking for a dynamic and driven Media Sales Manager with experience in managing large Government PSU or BFSI accounts The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in both direct and channel sales excellent client relationship skills and an in-depth understanding of media buying and selling Key Responsibilities - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets from assigned clients categories - Maintain and grow business from existing accounts while onboarding new clients agencies in the assigned territory - Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaign commitments across media platforms - Manage end-to-end client relationships including campaign planning execution and payment collection - Build strong agency relationships to ensure brand visibility and sustained revenue - Monitor competitor activities and ensure minimal loss of business from assigned accounts - Collaborate with internal teams operations finance etc to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction - Promote Times OOH as a key part of client media plans Professional Skills Attributes - Strong interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills- Self-motivated punctual and committed to targets- Comfortable making 4-5 client calls visits per day- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word- Experience with consultative and solution-oriented selling- Ability to stretch beyond regular hours when needed for business execution- Strong understanding of media buying selling dynamics in Government PSU sectorsQualifications - Graduate Postgraduate in Business Marketing Mass Communication or a related field- 5-8 years of relevant experience in media sales preferably in OOH or advertising industry- Prior experience with Government PSU or BFSI clients is mandatoryWhy Join Us - Opportunity to work with one of the leading OOH media firms in India- High-growth target-driven environment with excellent incentives and performance rewards- Work with reputed clients and industry leaders across sectors ref updazz com
