Introduction We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and effective coordination with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Understanding Hiring Requirements Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and job specifications. Understand role requirements, competencies, and key skill sets needed for various positions. Prepare and update job descriptions as per organizational needs. 2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings. Build relationships with professional networks, colleges, and consultants to enhance talent sourcing. 3. Screening & Shortlisting Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates based on qualifications and experience. Conduct telephonic and video screenings to evaluate candidates’ profiles, skills, and communication levels. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels. 4. Interview Coordination & Selection Organize interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates. Assist in conducting HR rounds and negotiating salary expectations. Share feedback with candidates and ensure a positive interview experience. 5. Onboarding & Joining Formalities Facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates by collecting required documents. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless joining procedures. Conduct joining formalities, induction sessions, and orientation programs. 6. Recruitment Reporting & Analytics Maintain and update the recruitment database regularly. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on hiring status and recruitment performance. Analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratios. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software is an added advantage. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting tools. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Good networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Educational Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
