Position Overview:

The roles and responsibilities of IT consultants entail providing SAP S/4HANA and Global Trade Service expert advice to help Siemens enhance their technology investments and improve their operations. They help analyze the existing systems, processes, identify problems and propose solutions for the regulatory customs requirements to improve them sustainably.

You'll make a difference by:

- In your new role as SAP S/4HANA Global Trade Services (GTS) Consultant, you have the responsibility as an IT domain expert for the implementation of SAP GTS consulting projects in global trade customs
- In your position, you will propose solutions for the technical implementation of regulatory customs requirements and design efficient business processes in cooperation with Siemens Controlling and Finance Customs Experts and implement them technically in S/4HANA and SAP GTS
- You are responsible for knowledge development and transfer as well as for the expansion of the company's internal SAP GTS competence.
- You provide consulting services along the entire process chain (end-to-end processes)
- You systematically identify and propose solutions for process improvements as well standardization, harmonization and automation in customs-related business processes to ensure compliance across customs processes.

Your success is grounded in:

- You have successfully completed a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in economics or business informatics or a comparable field or have acquired a comparable qualification.
- Additionally, you have solid experience in the field of software implementation.
- You bring 4-5 years SAP S/4HANA MM, SD, EWM, TM and SAP GTS professional experience
- You have hands-on experience in conception and implementation of SAP GTS solutions
- Your excellent analytical and conceptual skills and your ability to demonstrate and possess analytical, presentation, fix, and design skills good communication and presentation skills
- You are decisive, creative, result- and customer focused, show initiative and motivate the team.
- Your communication skills at all hierarchical levels are well-developed and appropriate to the situation.
- Business fluent English skills are required, both written and spoken
