Solution Architect Role Qualification At least 10 years of work in the definition of requirements and enhancements of business processes Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering Management - Information Systems Wide knowledge of relevant products and E2E Business processes Knowledge of telecom industry relevant technical architecture and industry standards Experience in leading teams in cross-domain Retail or Telecom systems Experience working on Amdocs is a plus Proven experience in defining customer requirements and solutions and project implementation Lead the solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle Business development Presale Scoping Design Development and Ongoing operations Lead the solution design and documentation throughout the project lifecycle and be accountable for solution integrity Having knowledge of ordering and billing domain specifically in Retail consumer business is an advantage Gain insight into the customer s environment challenges and opportunities to propose areas where Amdocs products and solutions can add value Maintain deep knowledge of industry and technology trends standards and competition to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics Share and communicate end-to-end solutions orally and in writing to executives business sponsors and technical resources clearly and concisely that is in the vernacular of each group Design a cost-effective solution that maximizes value to the customer and considers constraints such as budget timelines local market and meeting customer requirements Guide various product experts about the solution Create and support POC and demos and present solutions Provide ongoing feedback to product management for delivery of best practices Azure cloud Engineer knowledge and Certification will be advantageous Experience with Application Servers Tomcat WebLogic IIS Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python JavaScript and bash Experience with SQL Server administration Creative problem-solver and strong systems skills Experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy Power Bi Knowledge of ETL tools i e Informatica power center SSAS Talend and techniques Experience with automation configuration management using either Jenkins Ansible or an equivalent Advantage - On-Prem to cloud data migration experience Must have knowledge and experience in Business Requirements Requirement Gathering Kafka Microservice Architecture Date Driven Vs Event Driven Architecture Agile Methodology Good to have Jira Operations Maintenance Bitbucket Jenkins Cloud deployment Azure preferred Docker Kubernetes SQL Server Automation Node-Red MicroStrategy - Reporting Module Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Regular Location IND AP Hyderabad Argus Bldg 4f 5f Sattva Knowledge City- Adm Argus Building Sattva Knowledge City It is the policy of AT T to provide equal employment opportunity EEO to all persons regardless of age color national origin citizenship status physical or mental disability race religion creed gender sex sexual orientation gender identity and or expression genetic information marital status status with regard to public assistance veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local law In addition AT T will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities AT T is a fair chance employer and does not initiate a background check until an offer is made
