Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Lead

Responsibilities: Responsibilities - Lead the design, configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions. - Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand business requirements, estimate efforts, and deliver high-quality technical solutions. - Design, develop, test, and deploy D365 F&O customizations and enhancements in alignment with project objectives. - Supervise and execute application build, test, and deployment activities across multiple D365 F&O instances. - Design and develop data integration layers, ensuring seamless synchronization between D365 and external systems. - Create and maintain detailed data models, architectural designs, and technical documentation to support integrations and solution scalability. - Possess deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and best practices. - Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. - Apply Agile principles and Scrum practices throughout the development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Work closely with Product Owners to ensure timely delivery of features and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Relevant Experience - 10+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 6–7 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. - Proficiency in multiple programming languages including X++, C#, .NET, and SQL. - Strong hands-on experience in D365 F&O Finance and Operations modules—capable of assessing current system gaps and designing optimal solutions. - Deep experience with Data Management Framework, OData API, Business Events, and Data Replication (BYOD). - Exposure to Microsoft reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI. - Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile project management. - Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies. Interpersonal Skills - Results-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to lead in dynamic and evolving environments. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional Agile teams. - Passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies. - Strong time management and organizational abilities. Qualifications Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Certifications: - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certification preferred. - Agile or Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an advantage. What do we offer: Please submit resume/CV in English.
