Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of mobile test automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for automation projects. - Design and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of mobile applications. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve automation processes and tools. - Oversee the integration of automation solutions with existing systems to streamline operations. - Monitor and report on the performance of automation initiatives to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mobile test automation. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation frameworks to align with evolving business needs. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of automation tools and techniques. - Support the transition to a hybrid work model by ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members. - Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in mobile test automation. - Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing the quality and reliability of mobile applications impacting user satisfaction and business success. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile test automation. Qualifications - Possess a strong background in mobile test automation with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - Demonstrate expertise in designing and executing test plans for mobile applications. - Exhibit proficiency in automation tools and frameworks relevant to mobile testing. - Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex automation challenges. - Have a proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Be adaptable to a hybrid work model ensuring productivity and collaboration in both remote and in-office settings. Certifications Required Certified Mobile Tester ISTQB Mobile Application Testing Certification
