The Full Stack Web Developer position is a specialized role within BIA Hyderabad. We are seeking a highly skilled React JS based Web Developer with a strong background in Python backend development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and deploying scalable web applications, with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies. This role involves working on innovative projects, integrating LLM models & RAG systems, and ensuring the seamless performance and reliability of our applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, build, and enhance dynamic web applications hands-on using React.js for crafting intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Architect and develop RESTful APIs that serve as the backbone for web applications, enabling smooth data exchange and functionality.
- Implement secure and scalable endpoints using Flask or Django REST framework, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Terraform to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Use containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes to ensure consistent and scalable deployments.
- Implement caching strategies, load balancing, and other optimization techniques to enhance application speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure timely delivery of features by coordinating tasks and managing dependencies across teams.
- Conduct performance testing and profiling to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the application.
- Implement best practices for code quality, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.

Skills and competencies

- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, particularly React.js.
- Strong experience with Python and backend frameworks such as Flask/Django.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS (EC2, ECS Fargate, S3, CloudFormation).
- Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
- Excellent understanding of version control systems, specifically Git.
- Strong background in database management and SQL.

Experience

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Over 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of developing and deploying scalable solutions.
- Experience working on complex web applications involving frontend, backend, and DevOps components.
- Demonstrated ability to work on collaborative teams and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with developing SDKs and APIs for ML job execution and secure data handling is a plus.
- Previous work on dynamic deployment solutions and serverless computing is a plus.
