About The Role As a Lead Data Consultant, you will shape strategy, business planning, and advanced analytics while partnering with clients and cross-functional teams. You will lead strategic growth initiatives, deliver impactful data-driven solutions, and enable organizations to improve performance by harnessing the power of data. Responsibilities - Leadership: Lead client engagements to design and deliver data-driven solutions and applications. - Requirements Elicitation: Capture requirements, challenges, and opportunities through frameworks, workshops, and client interviews. - Data Analysis & Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic and operational improvements. - Solutioning: Convert client needs into analytics-based solutions; collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure successful delivery. - Strategic Planning: Contribute to department-level strategy, setting clear objectives and measurable goals. - Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met. - Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. - Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall impact. Qualifications - Master's degree in Business Management from a premier institution. - Strong understanding of project lifecycles, requirement frameworks, and solution design. - Proficiency in SQL and Excel; working knowledge of Python preferred.
