Greetings from Kogta financial India ltd We have urgent requirement for Executive/Sr Executive/ Manager- Human Resource in Jaipur location. Designation : Sr. Executive/Associate Manager/Manager- Human Resource Location : Jaipur (Rajasthan) Roles and Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc. - Coordinate joining formalities for new employees and ensure smooth onboarding process. - Handle exit formalities for outgoing employees in a professional manner. - Develop HR strategies and policies to align with business objectives. - Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to human resources. - Leave and Attendance Management. - Employee Grievances ,Handling Documentation of new Joiner. Desired Candidate Profile - 3-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management or similar field. - Strong understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies. - Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
