We’re building profitable, direct-to-consumer brands at speed, and we’re looking for a talented candidate for our user experience team. Responsibilities - Design end-to-end user experiences, from wireframes and prototypes to polished interfaces across web and mobile. - Collaborate closely with product team, marketers, and developers to translate ideas into elegant, user-friendly designs. - Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across brands. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to inform design decisions. - Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and improve product experiences. - Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and UX patterns to keep our products modern and engaging. Qualifications - 0.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, preferably in e-commerce or D2C brands. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. - Strong understanding of user-centered design, typography, and responsive layouts. - Ability to convert insights and briefs into functional, intuitive designs. - Experience collaborating with developers to ensure smooth design handoffs. - A strong portfolio showcasing your UX thinking and UI execution. - Bonus: experience with motion design, illustration, or front-end basics (HTML/CSS).
