This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 10-25 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: Bengaluru, Chennai JobType: full-time We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive end-to-end technical execution within Agile PODs. This role involves mentoring engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery, and aligning architectural vision with practical implementation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and able to lead teams through complex technical challenges. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Lead, guide, and mentor engineering teams to ensure high performance and technical excellence. - Enforce coding standards, best practices, and robust development processes. - Drive Agile POD execution with strong ownership of tasks, sprint goals, and delivery timelines. - Collaborate closely with Architects and Product Owners to translate designs and business requirements into actionable technical tasks. - Oversee planning, development, testing, and deployment activities across the POD. - Coach junior engineers and support their growth through technical guidance and feedback. - Identify gaps in processes, propose improvements, and implement automation to streamline workflows. Required Skills - 6+ years of experience in software development. - Strong expertise in Angular along with proficiency in Java or Python. - Solid understanding of databases including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL systems. - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and POD-based delivery models. - Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent mentoring skills. Preferred Skills - Experience in e-commerce or OOH ad-tech environments. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and performance dashboards.
