Job Description: Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Inside Sales Department: Sales Reports to: General Manager – Sales Company: Magic Billion (www.magicbillion.in) Location: Noida Salary Range: INR 35,000 - 40,000 Fixed Per Month Plus Incentives Need Immediate Joiners About Magic Billion Magic Billion is a global talent management company - with the objective of supporting global businesses with their talent needs by providing targeted and skilled talent from India (across the spectrum from blue to white collar jobs). Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: ● Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads. ● Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate programs. ● Schedule meetings or programs demos for the senior members. ● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. ● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts. ● Handle incoming inquiries and follow through to close sales or pass qualified leads. ● Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management. ● Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Requirement ● Any Graduate ● 1 - 3 years experience in hardcore inside sales or field sales experience for a B2C/B2B consumer product or service. ● Experience of selling high end international courses, study abroad programs or higher education would be highly preferable. ● Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil or Kannada is an added advantage. ● Comfortable with giving presentations to large/ small audiences. ● Open to work from the office & travel, if required. ● Location: Noida Soft skills: ● Assertive & persuasive ● StoryTeller ● Good communication skills ● Competitive salary/perks.
