Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth opportunities. The role involves identifying prospects, developing partnerships, and contributing to the company's overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities, and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively engage with prospects to understand their needs, offer solutions, and create sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals to clients and participate in contract negotiations to close deals effectively and within the company's guidelines.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand the product offering and communicate client feedback for continuous improvement.
Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, track progress, and report on sales performance to management regularly.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
o Ability to identify and act on new business opportunities
o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Knowledge:
o Understanding of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
o Knowledge of the sales process, strategies, and techniques
o Familiarity with digital marketing and social media for prospecting
Other:
o Ability to travel as required
o Strong networking abilities and business acumen
