Location Cunningham Road BangaloreEmployment Type Full-time Work from Office About UsWe are a fast-growing real estate startup in Bangalore building impactful brands and driving property sales through innovative marketing strategies We are seeking a result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and scale our growth Key Responsibilities1 Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for property launches and ongoing campaigns 2 Drive lead generation through Google Ads Meta Ads SEO SEM real estate portals and social media 3 Optimize campaigns for CPL ROI and conversions ensuring marketing aligns with sales goals 4 Manage and guide creative content and performance marketing efforts in-house agency 5 Oversee social media presence content calendars and brand communication 6 Implement marketing automation email WhatsApp CRM integrations 7 Track performance analyze metrics and present insights to leadership Requirements1 5 - 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing with 3 to 5 years in real estate marketing preferred 2 Proven expertise in performance marketing SEO SEM and social media campaigns 3 Strong knowledge of analytics tools Google Analytics Search Console CRM dashboards 4 Experience in handling marketing budgets of - 5-20 lakhs month 5 Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in a startup environment 6 Excellent communication leadership and analytical skills 7 Based in Bangalore and willing to work from our Cunningham Road office What We Offer1 Opportunity to lead digital marketing for a high-growth startup 2 A collaborative fast-paced work environment 3 Competitive salary 6 - 9 LPA based on experience and past Salary ref updazz com
