Salary: Performance-Based (Stipend of 15,000 per month will be provided after 1 month for high-performing candidates)

Are you a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people ORANTS AI is looking for an eager Intern: Customer Support to join our client-facing team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing top-notch support for cutting-edge AI and Big Data products in a fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and support requests via email, chat, and potentially phone.
- Help troubleshoot basic product issues and guide users through common processes.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of our knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Collaborate with senior support specialists and product teams to understand client needs.
- Learn about our AI and Big Data platforms to better assist users.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong interest in customer service, technical support, and the technology (AI/Big Data) sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach to problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
