Job Title: Track Damage Expert – Railway Infrastructure Client: Uber Work Mode: Remote Location: Pan India Openings: 2–3 Start Date: Immediate Role Overview We are hiring experienced railway professionals with proven expertise in track engineering, inspection, or maintenance. You will support the development of SOPs and collaborate with our technical team to help build a platform that generates synthetic images representing different types of railway track damage. Responsibilities - Identify and define common railway track damage types. - Create SOPs and structured documentation for inspection standards. - Review and validate outputs generated by AI models. - Work with engineering teams to improve dataset and model quality. - Ensure alignment with railway safety and compliance guidelines. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred). - 5+ years experience in railway track inspection, maintenance, safety, or engineering. - Strong understanding of track components, safety procedures, and damage patterns. - Good documentation, analytical, and collaboration skills.
