Salary: INR 25,000 per month depending on experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage and execute our farm management projects. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between our internal and external teams to ensure smooth planning and on-ground implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination:

Understand and finalize project requirements.

Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Implementation:

Lead and coordinate execution on farms using internal teams and third-party vendors.

Supervise field activities and ensure timely delivery of all project components.

Regular farm visit and vendor sites as required.

Communication:

Communicating effectively in English, with additional fluency in Hindi and Marathi, is necessary.

Represent AGRO RANGERS in a professional and friendly manner.

Team, Vendor Management and Purchase:

Lead and motivate implementation teams for effective project execution.

Liaise with external vendors and ensure service quality.

Purchase decision making for items like tractors, labour, drip irrigation systems, pipes, and other farm materials.

Negotiate with Vendors and get best prices for purchasing.

Project Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation and financial records for each project.

Prepare progress reports, both written and verbal, for internal and client review.

Financial Tracking:

Monitor project expenses and maintain budget accuracy.

Assist in tracking costs and financial milestones.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in agriculture or allied sectors.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Proficiency in maintaining documentation and financial records.

Friendly, positive personality with a solutions-driven mindset.

Must be based in Pune and available to join immediately.

Willingness to travel frequently to farms and vendor sites.
