The JSO grows, aggressively and profitably, the consumer business in General Trade for a designated territory/Territory in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Team management and Distributor Management Junior Sales Officer Responsibilities - Achieve the monthly/annual targets of Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, SB, Receivables, and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures - Sales targets allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets into Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily and within the SS GD Retailers under his purview. - Responsible for SFA implementation in team working and ensuring 100% compliance. - Responsible for channel partner management. - Responsible for Top ARC management Qualifications - Graduate & above The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
