Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a flair for building strong client relationships. The candidate should have sales experience, and the ability to guide junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Expert Service
Assist customers in identifying products that suit their needs, preferences, and budget.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue.
Drive sales to achieve individual and team targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
Manage client follow-ups for enquiries, new arrivals, and promotions.
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Adhere to company policies, billing accuracy, and security protocols.
Requirements
26 years of sales experience (jewellery/retail/luxury industry preferred).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism.
