Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in designated regions.
- Conduct regular travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Provide timely reports to senior management on sales progress, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
