Job Title Process Automation Developer - Esker Oracle ERP Role Type Consultant Location India Planned Start Date 09 08 2025 Project Overview We are seeking a Process Automation Developer with strong expertise in Esker automation solutions and integration with Oracle ERP systems JDEdwards EnterpriseOne or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP The selected candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining automation workflows to optimize core business processes including Order-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay and document lifecycle management This role requires a deep understanding of both technical development and business process automation with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and global teams Key Responsibilities Solution Design Development Design develop and configure Esker automation workflows for various document-centric processes invoicing purchase orders payments etc Build and maintain integrations between Esker and Oracle ERP platforms JD Edwards or Oracle Fusion Develop scripts APIs and connectors to enable seamless end-to-end process automation Reuse or optimize existing components and design patterns where appropriate System Integration Support Collaborate with Oracle ERP technical and functional teams to ensure data integrity and business alignment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Esker-ERP integration Provide continuous system support enhancements and performance tuning Testing Validation Review and create unit test cases and execution plans Work with testing teams to clarify requirements and validate outcomes Perform defect analysis RCA and implement mitigation strategies Project Execution Delivery Assist the Project Manager with planning estimation and delivery of modules and features Manage complex user stories and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks Participate in release planning and execution Documentation Compliance Create or review technical documentation design artifacts HLD LLD SAD test cases and configuration plans Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards and coding best practices Team Stakeholder Collaboration Interface with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements and present design options Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge management Set and review FAST goals for self and team provide actionable feedback Identify team engagement or attrition risks and collaborate on retention strategies Key Skills Qualifications Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Esker scripting workflow configuration and API integration Proficiency in Oracle ERP technical stack PL SQL Oracle Forms BI Publisher Web Services Experience with REST SOAP APIs XML JSON EDI Familiarity with RPA tools document management systems or process automation frameworks is a plus Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to break down complex problems and design scalable solutions Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities Able to mentor peers and lead by example Domain Knowledge Broad understanding of ERP-based business processes across domains like Finance Procurement and Logistics Deep domain knowledge in at least one sub-domain e g Procure-to-Pay Relevant domain certifications preferred e g Oracle Certified Esker Certified Expected Outcomes Timely and quality delivery of automation solutions Improved system efficiency process performance and user satisfaction Fewer post-delivery defects and technical issues High engagement and low voluntary attrition within the team Contribution to knowledge base and reusable assets Performance Metrics Measures of Success Adherence to coding and engineering standards Delivery within project timelines Defect density pre- and post-delivery Compliance with mandatory trainings and policies Contribution to team goals and employee engagement Customer satisfaction with deliverables and support Skills JDE Esker SQL About Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
