Job Type: Full-time Experience - 2+ year About the Role We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for architecting and building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities - Development: Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms using React Native. - Workflow: develop applications using both Expo and React Native CLI depending on project requirements. - Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire app lifecycle, from concept and design to coding, testing, and deployment. - Client Communication: Communicate directly with international clients. You must be able to articulate technical concepts, progress updates, and blockers clearly in English. - Native Modules: Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. - Integration: Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. - State Management: Deep understanding of state management patterns and integration using Redux Toolkit / Context API OR similar libraries - UI Libraries & Styling: Experience building responsive UIs using frameworks like NativeBase, React Native Paper, or Tamagui. Proficiency in Styled Components or Tailwind CSS (NativeWind) is required. - Similar like good to have experience with Navigation and debugging tools like Chrome debugger, Flipper etc… Requirements: - Experience: 2+ years of proven professional experience in React Native development. - Dual-Environment Mastery: You must be comfortable working with both Expo and Native CLI.. - Published Apps: Must have successfully deployed and published applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
